The corporation was designed to service the real estate and mortgage brokerage needs of the community.  New England Group presently services the real estate and mortgage needs of over 150 institutional sellers. Over the past 21 years New England Group has sold over 4500 properties for their corporate and conventional clients. New England Group and its real estate agents and loan officers are licensed in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut . We maintain a staff of 20 full-time, fully dedicated real estate and mortgage professionals. We also employ a full-time support staff to complement our real estate agents and loan officers. We do not employ part-time real estate agents, loan officers or staff due  to the demands of the real estate business in todays complex real estate environment. The company services residential and commercial real estate sales and mortgages in Massachusetts and residential and commercial real estate sales in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut. The geographic location of the office allows New England Group easy access to all major routes east of Worcester, Massachusetts, and all of Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut. As members of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salesman, the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Real Estate Division and their multiple listing services, along with the State of New Hampshire and Connecticut’s Real Estate Boards, we are able to provide maximum exposure for the listings of our clients and access to listings for prospective buyers. As members of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association we are fully licensed to broker residential and commercial mortgages for consumers. When a private homeowner, a financial institution, or their government agency hires New England Group to market their property, they will be represented by a firm that has total market knowledge of our market area complimented by in house mortgage services.
